needed to be able to have hair washed with help, this is next best thing to a shampoo going to a salon, I wrap a towel around neck as well, but this works great!

Leaked a little on my neck but worked great

My wife had oral surgery and couldn’t shower or wash her hair unaided. This allowed me to be able to wash her hair. She was very pleased.

I like that it didn't leak on client. But strap is short and non adjustable so it doesn't fit around larger necks.

I bought this for my invalid husband so I could wash his hair at the kitchen sink. Instead of the back lying appropriately into the sink to drain off the water, it poured down his back and flooded my kitchen! It fits much too tight around the neck for any adult, lacks flexibility since it doesn't extend out far enough to allow for different sink situations, and is very cheaply made. I didn't even bother to try to return it but dumped it in the garbage where it belongs, thereby saving someone else the bother!

This product does what its supposed to do and funnels hair away.from the scalp and down the drain.

Easy to access, great if wash hair a lot

THIS IS absolutely a waste of money. DO NOT BUY. If I could give no stars and leave a review I would. This is literally a piece of garbage probably couldn't fit a newborn's head. The plastic is hard and rough. It's a very unforgiving plastic with sharp edges. We couldn't even use it.
