Crunchy but dry
The packaging was pretty good and the pieces were intact through all the transportation. As for the taste, rusks are a bit dry, not softly crunchy like I prefer. Taste is mild but overall taste fine.

It is not a complaint. It is just a suggestion to effect improvement. Only six or seven pieces were in tact. 25% were broken and the remaining were in powder form. Obviously the packaging was not done properly. Rusks were ok but overbaked.
