Helpful and informative real-world advice for living a better life
I found the book a well-matched partnership of co-authors allowing for a great mix of digestible take-home messages and academic underpinning. The content is occasionally hard-hitting, recognising that we are all fallible human beings (this is also acknowledged by the authors personally via some self-effacing disclosures!). I particularly enjoyed the reference to schoolchildren's innate sense of values and how to live by them; something close to my heart. The final section is a useful recap and contains some useful allegories which got me thinking about the underlying messages of the book and how I might apply them to my life.Overall, the book is a really useful resource for someone looking to develop and improve their outlook. The content is easy to access making it ideal for dipping into, rather than reading through in depth. Looking forward to following up on the other titles from the same authors.

More McGee Magic
Let's be honest, any book by Paul McGee is going to be a winner! This time he teams up with Andy Cope giving the reader two voices and two perspectives which is a great new way of approaching some familiar themes. In todays frantic world we need these accessible, easy to read books that offer practical strategies and The Happiness Revolution certainly gives us plenty to chew over. Its a "yes highly recommend" from me!C Hudson

We're huge fans of Paul McGee books and still got our SUMO postcard on our fridge, love his positive vibe and energy. Just picked it up and read 1st 40 ish pages so far and finding it so easy to read, it close very well and feel it really invites you in. It's written by Dr Andy Cope too and they make a great team. Looking forward to reading the rest of the book.

Your life will change if you implement these tips
I always loved SUMO and Andy’s books. Both authors have the ability to put across important messages in a simple but funny way. I liked the stories at the end too. Paul and Andy are both entertaining writers and speakers but the messages only works if you implement them. I look forward to your next collaboration.
