Kempricos is BACK!
First, I have been a Paul Kempricos reader and fan for a long time. I am personally very glad to see him once again writing for himself, after a long period in the Clive Cussler cottage industry. This new hero, Matt, is an interesting character surrounded by others of almost equal interest. (He's not Soc, but I admit to being an old Soc fan!) Much of the setting for Kempricos' action-packed stories is where we live. Kempricos lives here, too. He brings the place to life in many ways, including our obsession with and love of the sea. And our unshakeable eccentricity. I recommend Kempricos to you, if you are looking for a little excitement, enigmatic (but lifelike) characters, and complex, flawless plots.

The Maze, the Minotaur, mysterious Minions - no bull!
Paul Kemprecos and his motley crew of good guys (and gals,) has returned after rescuing the Emerald Scepter in the first Matt Hawkins novel. It seems that another evil megalomaniacal corporate CEO has plans to achieve world domination.. Will they ever learn? His first mistake is to attempt to kill Matt, thereby insuring his eventual downfall at the hands of Matt's crew. An engrossing tale with twists and turns, well laced with history and mythology, all wrapped up in an a-mazing climax! Kemprecos' adept co-authoring of Clive Cussler's "Numa Files" places Matt Hawkins and associates on a par with Kurt Austin, Joe Zavala and the Trouts.

Quick moving story
In character by my favorite author, this story moves quickly and I liked it so well that I passed it on to a local library.
