Very nice fish slice
Very nice fish slice. Shame about the company selling it, who tried to tell me they can't ship to Northern Ireland as "it's not in the UK Zone." Um, so, which country is that then? However the fish slice is good, and perfect for turning pancakes, so it gets 5 stars.

flexible and springy and strong. durable. a great tool
this is the best and most useful spatula ever. yes I am at an age when i have a favourite spatula. It's springy and bounces back without deforming. other ones i've seen flex and bend, this one flexes and springs back. I've had it for ages, no issues with dish washer. it is strong enough to pick up a rack of ribs without bending, its a great kitchen tool .
