Thank you, Friendly Swede, for the best laugh I've had in a month.I have a big head and long hair and I always struggle to get caps to fit me, so I was excited to order these caps. They arrived today and I could not believe my eyes. The caps were bigger than a dinner plate. I tried one on and I had so much extra space above my head. I mean, I could have fit a medium sized kitten up there. These caps would fit a watermelon. And I'm not talking a personal sized watermelon, I'm talking a party-sized watermelon. I have never had a swim cap make me feel like a Lilliputian and it made me ask serious questions about the size of Swedes, but I have been to Sweden and they are tall, but not GIANTS. All of this sent me it to fits of laughter - like tears-streaming-stomach-muscle-hurting laughter. My daughter came flying out of her room to check on me thinking I was having a medical crisis. It's good to know she cares. Then she got laughing too and we were both unstoppable.Eventually, when I got calmed down I checked what I had ordered. It appears I made a pretty innocent mistake. Each of the 3 color combos are listed as "Long Hair". Yup, that's me. But it turns out the Pink and Black combo is "Long Hair XL". Except it doesn't say that in the cap size. You only see that it is XL if you take the time to look at all the pictures for the Pink and Black caps. As the 3rd photo they show a comparison between the regular "Long Hair" cap and this XL "Long Hair" cap, which is literally 2x the size of the regular one. So hopefully the Friendly Swede will fix how the sizing shows on Amazon when you select this combo.So if you have a LOT of hair, like thick and down to your butt (hair goals!) this could be the cap for you. It does look like a lovely, high quality cap.I am returning it for the regular "Long Hair" size. 5 star rating for the great laugh.

I do not like these swim caps at all... they leak! And what makes it worse than just wearing no swip cap is that it locks water in your cap. So instead of wearing a cap to avoid getting water in your ears, it actually is worse because it locks water in the cap and the water just sits in your ears because you have to open up the cap to let the water drain. It does not work and is too big. I have very long hair, and thought I needed this... but it just doesn't seem to work.

Perfect swimming cap with ear flaps - strong material, stretches very well down over back of neck and over ears. Very good for anyone who likes to keep water out of the ears in a pool, lake or ocean. I use water earplugs plus pull the ear flaps over and these work loke a charm. 0 water entry, Note that these are not just for women or for persons with long hair : you need the extra space in the cap to adjust to your head and pull it down over the back and front and around the ears - which the design allows you to do. Very smooth and tight and easy to put on without ripping either.

Good quality , perfect for long hair and it covers the ears so no need to use ear plugs.
