These probiotics work very well. I have had trouble with the typical drug store brands working for a few months and then not working any more. I have been using these about a year and they continue to work great. They also help with my reflux.

I have been in the medical field for over 40 yrs. It's my opinion that even though they are expensive, this item is worth it. You are receiving the pro, pre, & post biotics all in one. Do not confuse this item with the other brands that only have the probiotic.

This product has saved me. I don't need to take it currently, but I know I can fall back on it if needed. Everyone's gut is different though, so try it and pay close attention to any improvements you might see in the first couple of weeks. If nothing changes, you might need a different blend.
