If you go to the chiropractor and love the traction table, you will LOVE this! The heat feels so good. It's easy to put together. I like it as elevated as it will go. It gives that good stretch. It's so relieving. I've told every hairdresser and barber that I know to get one. Don't hesitate. It's worth every penny!

I flew out of state and arrived with a terrible back ache so I ordered this as soon as I got to my destination. I used it to get relief AND on the plane to support my back during the flight.I fit in my backpack & worked great for both!Its heating pad works well and has multiple options for timing & intensity of heat.It also has options for how much of an archSupport you want. Most of the time, I use the lowest setting but I love the option for more.It’s very lightweight, has its own travel pouch and is thin so it fits well in bags (it is tall but thin). I love it & use it regularly to either stretch out or to relieve back aches or pains.

So I am surprised that I’m writing this review right now. I received the product a day earlier than I was expecting it and I honestly was not expecting any surprises. I thought the product would’ve been a gimmick and wouldn’t really work very well. I am so happy to say I’m wrong. I have had Decades long back problems some of which are hereditary and some of which are self imposed. Either way the last couple of months I’ve had some weight gain and subsequently back issues. At this point for the last 3 to 4 weeks I’ve had pretty consistent chronic backache and it’s affecting my day-to-day activity including walking and honestly even getting up in the morning. I just thought this product about two hours ago and plugged it in. Two hours later after just laying down and watching TV I can honestly say I have a noticeable decrease in pain. I don’t know how long it’s gonna last and I don’t know if it’s mental but I will tell you It’s noticeable. I can’t tell you a long-term review but literally within the first two hours of use I felt compelled to write this so that way anyone with backache would at least try it. If it helps you even for a little bit it’s well worth the money. I hope this helps anyone else out there and good luck to you.

Feels great while using it, get heated up right away. I feel and look ridiculous getting up after use, rolling around like a stuck turtle. I also have to lay still on my side before moving around to adjust. It is sturdy to the point I have trouble adjusting the height of the arch.

I've been using the heated back stretcher for a couple months now and notice a tremendous difference when I'm diligent with use. I've notice more flexibility in my back and less back pain. I am a personal trainer and I've also used it for clients on a shorter setting with heat as part of their warm up routine. As I've gotten older, as with anyone I've notice the loss of curve in my spine. This has definitely made a big difference once I got into a routine of using it.

The media could not be loaded. This thing gets too hot. I used it for my back after I did an oil injection and left it on the mattress for a few minutes and it burned through my sheet, mattress protector and mattress. It wasn’t even at the highest heat. I don’t think something should get that hot it melts through fabrics. Imagine what it can do to your skin.

Just received and used product for first time. Heating pad is amazing and works immediately. My back feels better already using this device and I'm confident in greater benefits with continued use.

I was surprised that it actually does help. I don’t do it everyday, I do want to see if it would help more if I do. But days where I wake up hurting or stiff I will use it and it helps out so much! I really like the heat pad, it works great and the wire is a good length. It has three heat settings and timer.
