many things I don’t eat
I don’t think the food you have in your area is the same that is available in my area. Though I think your ideas are interesting, I can’t get some of the items you cook

Overrated Book
Ordered the book after hearing about it on television. After receiving it, thought I would find more recipes in it as I thought it was a cookbook, but find it's nothing more than a book promoting Weight Watchers. Will return for refund.

Not really a diet book.
Although she lost weight, she was following the Weight Watchers point program and adding in a few of her own favorites. I've done WWs. Not for me.

Journey Inspiring!
I dislike the word “diet”, but when it comes to incorporating better ways to eat and stay healthy, I don’t want to feel like I’m depriving myself! Virginia gives us quick tips to stay on track. As a professional chef, she provides some yummy treats and tasty recipes with healthy shortcuts. She hasn’t left out the most important ingredients though – – hard work! Measure and weigh, track your food, drink more water! Sage advice, and her recent successful weight loss is proof of the pudding. I highly recommend this inspiring read! Bravo, Virginia!

Not worth your time or money
This author could have shared so much about her weight loss journey but basically described her approach to WW. The recipes are not that helpful. Her experience with WW seems to have changed her perspective on her daily food intake and exercise. I was hoping for much more insight after I saw her on Rachel Ray. This small book is not a good value. If you want some solid info on how to lose weight like she did, and have access to thousands of tested recipes, try WW online version. No meetings, just follow the ideas online like she must have done. She may be an amazingly talented chef but this book didn't showcase that at all. It had very little on her own emotional challenges with weight or her advice to help the reader change.

Not a daily guide
This is just a recipe book with random meals, snacks and sauces.
