B6 + B-Complex - Balanced B Vitamin Formula with Extra - 60 Capsules

I’ve been using these for a few months but I can’t really say I feel any change once I take it. I mean I don’t feel like I have more energy after taking them. Other than my iron being highlight yellow. Sorry if it’s TMI. They are easy to swallow and don’t have a funny taste or anything so I will keep trying for now.

Have a family member who’s B 12 was in the toilet and adding this daily he finally has had the highest B12 since 2015. He also has had monthly b12 injections and they did nothing till we added this. Can’t get past the stink of these vitamins, then I belch it and the nightmare of the stink starts all over again.Pitching in the garbage, can’t handle it.
