Conair Infiniti Pro Advanced Brushless Motor Styling Tool / Hair Dryer, 2000 Watts, Silver

I went to London a few years back for a script writing program, and while I was there a bought a hair dryer that had incredible blowing power. Not kidding. My hair was perfect every day, no straightening required. When I went back to the states, I was so sad that I couldn't take it with me (different voltage requirement). For years I went without it thinking I couldn't get something like it locally, until I found this one.It is SO powerful. At first it was too much. I didn't know how to handle the tangles. But after several weeks, and now months, of use, I absolutely cannot and will not go back to a normal hair dryer. Normal hair dryers are hot and barely blow air. This one isn't so hot, so I don't feel sweaty after using it, and it's so much better for my hair. My hair is softer and has more moisture now. I have fine, often frizzy curly hair that I blow-dry straight (sometimes I use a straightener). It works great for me.I am still so impressed by this hair dryer. It's tempting to buy an extra one just in case it goes off market someday. When I find things I love, I tend to stock up... If you try this product and you're worried about tangles, just blow dry your hair down so that your hair works with gravity. Once you learn how to manage it, tangles go away, and your hair drying time will definitely be cut down. My hair goes a few inches past my collar bones, and I only dry my hair for maybe five minutes now, as opposed to about 8-10 before with the hot not so powerful hair dryers of my past.

Siempre la uso con difusor y me seca el cabello muy rápido y sin frizz. Me gustó mucho. Lo único es que sí está algo cara, cuando cualquier otra conair cuesta al rededor de 400, ésta pasa de 1000.

I have long, thick, curly hair and it always took about 45mins to dry and straighten. I always thought it was my hair and never even considered it could possibly be my terrible low-quality dryer I was using. So, after having another junky dryer die on me I was determined to find something better without spending a fortune. My husband loves his Milwaukee tools with brushless motors, so when I saw this dryer had a brushless motor I was definitely intrigued. I don’t know what “brushless” means, but my husband says it’s better, so I bought it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! It’s lightweight, feels good in the hand, and the attachments snap on easily and actually stay on tightly. I read the reviews about it blowing like a tornado, but I was still shocked when I turned it on. Definitely a tornado! Other reviews stated that it doesn’t get as hot as other junky dryers, which is very true, but that’s also something Conair intended to do with this dryer. It gets hot enough to actually straighten my curly hair with a round brush, but it doesn’t singe it, damage it, or burn my skin like I was used to. The air was so powerful that it dried my hair super fast too. Another nice feature is the cold air switch. It doesn’t just blow warm room air at you, it actually turns COLD. I always get hot when drying my hair, so the cold air is a nice little break sometimes. So, if you have a lot of thick hair this is the dryer for you! But if you have thin, fine, short hair this probably isn’t something you’d like.

I have a massive amount of long, thick, slightly wavy, course hair and drying it was an event worthy of a marathon runner. It took me an average of 25 minutes to dry at high heat. I’d often brake out in a full sweat and heat the bathroom up to about the temperature of the sun every morning. When finally dry, my hair would be frizzed out and about three times the size of my head. It would take an equal amount of time to tame the frizz back down with a curling iron or flat iron just so I could walk through a doorway. Then I tried the Infiniti Pro by Conair 3Q and my life changed. One reviewer said it was equivalent to drying your hair with a leaf blower. I’d day that was accurate but in a good way. My hair is very heavy and can take the gale force wind speed of this dryer. Because it blows so hard it doesn’t get as hot which is actually better for your hair. Not only did it dry my hair faster – about 15 minutes instead of 25 – it did so without me feeling like I needed to take another shower from sweating so much. My husband is now able to come into the bathroom without feeling like he’d just stepped into the wood fire oven from Hansel and Gretel. And the best part is my hair does not frizz! It’s smooth and manageable. I don’t have to beat it into submission to get it styled the way I like. Curling it was faster because I didn’t have to first tame the frizz. This hair dryer is amazing however; it is not for the week or slight of hair. Fine or thin hair need not apply. This is a beast of a dryer and I’d recommend it to only those of us with hair like Cousin It.
