The bag is very good but sometimes the chain gets stuck and then works smoothly again but the bag is very good stylewise too

Ok so it's been a year but the print started coming off so early like the zip quality is amazing also I don't like the structure of the bag it can't be kept on a floor like other bags it keeps falling

It is a good 3 compartment bag. The laptop compartment is not heavily padded though. Rest all is good. I liked the design and built of it. Good for travelling for short trips as well
