Perfect
Perfect for training. Lanyard is garbage but I replaced it with one I already had and it works perfect. Stays aired up. The official one was $49 and this does the same thing.

Ball is fine
The ball is fine. Just blow it up manually in 2 seconds. The pump is useless. Wish the lanyard was less sick so it would stay in place a little better.

Too slippery.
If you keep using it, I think it'll benefit the user. But, it's just a bit too slippery so trying to keep it between the arms gets a bit frustrating, especially when you're trying to deal with making solid contact with the golf ball. I've also tried using this with sun protection sleeves and it slipped out easily. I tried deflating it but that didn't work out either. I've decided that the frustration isn't worth it so it is not being used now. One other negative, the seams are like tiny blades, not sharp but irritates the skin.
