Works for me.

I have been taking this for over a week now. I take it first thing in the morning before I do my 45 minute session of cardio. I take a second one about an hour before my evening 45 minutes cardio session. I haven't noticed any appetite suppression but I have noticed the visceral fat on my belly reducing this past week and I attribute it to taking these pills twice a day along with 2:45 minutes of cardio with my heart rate between 100 and 110 BPM. Taking this twice a day will only give me a 30-day supply but I want to see better results. I definitely can see a difference in the amount of belly fat reduction over the past week and can almost see it daily. So this is definitely helping and I think it helps the most during my fasted cardio session. The evening cardio session is used to deplete my liver stores of glycogen in preparation for the next morning's fasted cardio which before my body to use the ketones to burn stored energy in the form of fat cells. There is no such thing as a magic pill but these are definitely enhancing the work that I'm putting in. Also lifting weights three times a week.

This is not a healthy product to use to burn fat. I took once pill, 20-30 minutes before I drank a smoothie. For the seven hours that this products effects lasted, my body temperature soared off and on. I had a migraine the entire day and felt sick to my stomach. Stick to a good way of eating and old fashion working out and be patient.My big gripe about this product is that it shows available for product return by a certain date but when you go to return the product, it’s not eligible for a refund. Very misleading and deceptive.

I started taking this lipocide and I am active daily. I was very happy because I have never had my six pack show and I have always been very active and diet. This seems to have sped up the process and I am happy with the results.

If I could give this zero stars I would and I'm not one to write a negative review. This product made me feel sick, lethargic, hungry, and not focused. Unfortunately it was money wasted and I can't return the item.

After a week of taking this all it did for me was made me physically sick to my stomach all day long!

I received an expired batch. I have called, contacted amazing, message Hany on YouTube and on the website and no response. My comment was also deleted on his YouTube channel. This is wrong.
