With 6 bars running approximately 33w each, this 200w light has been an excellent addition to my grow. I use it for seedlings and have the 600w version of their light I use for veg in my 4x4. I've never had an issue with the big light so I'm very happy to welcome in this smaller light to the family.One big advantage this light has for me as a seedling light is that it's not a dimmer system, it's a dual-switch setup. What's more, the first switch lights only the middle two bars and the second lights the remaining four. That guarantees me that at any point I can utilize this light at approximately 66,130 or 200 watts (I've rounded the numbers for simplicity's sake). Great for clones, seedlings or even cranked up to start into veg if you're needing a little extra time before you can move them. It's really a great light.One other point I wanted to make is that the customer service with this company is truly excellent. I had an issue with an item that was 100% entirely Amazon's fault and had nothing to do with anyone at SZHLUX, but they still took the time to communicate with me, pass on issues to the appropriate department and make certain that I was entirely satisfied with the experience. Nicole was amazing, friendly and quick to reply to any of my questions. In this day an age, truly good customer service is difficult to find and you sincerely cannot have a better one than I had with them. I very genuinely recommend putting your business into their hands, they won't let you down :)

Since I started using this lamp indoors, I have noticed an increase in the growth rate of the leaves in my basil plants, as well as a faster sprouting of seeds and rooting of basil stems I had cut. Even some strawberries I seeded a couple of months ago are starting to show up. The lamp has a low energy consumption and I use it to cover an area of 2 m2, approx. The arms are kind of short (say 25-30 cm), so make sure it fits your needs. Similarly, there is no stand: the base is a clamp, so make sure this is what you are looking for. Still the clamp has a strong grip and can easily hold the weight of the lamp. The programming of the timer function is very simple and it works perfectly. There are 3 types of illumination that can be dimmed.Although my apartment has a very good daylight illumination, my plants may be getting 2 hours of direct sunlight per day. I am using this lamp as a complement for 6 additional hours per day and I have noticed a remarkable change in their growth rate.

The light came fully assembled, I just had to attach the hanging wires and the hangers. Super fast and easy to install. Definitely a bright and pretty good quality light, no mechanical issues or problems. Some light scratches that they clearly used a black marker to try to hide, but just made the scratches more noticeable. But the main deceiving thing is the PAR readings. They claim over 1000PAR at 39" and over 2000PAR at like 18". That's nowhere even close. Using my meter, at 40" I was only getting 250 - 400PAR. If you lower the light to around 12" then I was getting 1200 - 1400 PAR. Other than the blatant deception of the power of the light, it's a decent entry level light compared to the 500$ to 1000$+ you'll spend for the higher end lights. After the hassle I had with delivery, supposed to be a next day delivery with my prime account, ended up taking a week, and Amazon wasn't able to help at all, I'm not about to try to return it. I honestly think that they truly think that their customers who are trying to get a decent light for a decent price, won't have a PAR meter to check the actual readings. All in all, if you can afford a high end light, most certainly do it, if not, then this light will work. If anything goes wrong with the light, I'll update.

When I first got it seemed to work fine but it did not even last a full year waste of money.My suggestion is if you order these you pay the extra 25 bucks for the 3 year warranty. I don't even know if that would help you. But in my opinion, these lights are junk.Amazon NS products have started Becoming a joke thinking about deleting my Amazon account. I spend too much money here to get this kind of b. S customer service.

So I went a little wild buying plants at the start of quarantine and didn’t think much about where they would all go come the end of the summer. I live in Ohio, so it’s cold and gray during the winter. I haven’t had a problem in the past, but I haven’t had this many plants to harbor inside for months at a time, either.I soon realized I’d need a grow light, and this one is perfect! The clamp is strong and grips nicely. I’ve tried it on both small and wider ledges, and it’s great for each. I love, more than anything, how flexible the light arms are, though! I have some plants on hanging shelves and so this really lets me play around with angles and move things around easily to help adjust for each plant.The instructions are easy enough, and it’s easy to switch between color spectrums, too, though I need to research more on my own when it’s best to use what light.The only thing I haven’t explored, yet, is the timer function, but it seems straight-forward enough.I also really like the packaging. I rarely keep boxes, but since I know I’ll be moving soon, I’ve held onto this one because it’s such a perfect, slim fit.I did a lot of research before buying, and I’m really happy I went with this one! It’s perfect for my needs and seems to be great quality. And I really just like the glow it casts in the room. It’s the closest I’ve felt to being at a concert in a long time :)If you’re on the fence, go for this one!

Where do you look for real review? In the 3 star section of course. This product isn't stellar by any means, its compact and that's nice. the lights are led strips and thats not something I'm used to being used in a grow light. They don't throw off a lot of warmth, and the grow results are okay. I have 47 tomato sprouts along with a bunch of other stuff and its keeping up okay. The canadian sun wasn't enough, even with the great weather we've been having. I'm glad i bought it, its got me by. If it breaks to early ill have to edit the review but i don't anticipate that happening.It'll work.

I didn't use the timer function or anything, so can't speak to that. The lights seemed bright, but I've never used grow lights before. My plants seemed to like it, I used the lights overnight and put my plants outside during the day. Definitely saw a difference in my seedlings before I got the lights and the ones I planted after. However, after a couple weeks, the adapter stopped working. But I made do, as it's a USB connector. Now, after a few months total, the USB seems to be cacking out on me too, rendering the light utterly useless. Unless you're only looking to use it for one season, spend your money elsewhere.

This provides only a little light. Not enough to help sprout seeds on its own, but ok to supplement other lights. Timer only goes as long as 12 hours, and 16 hours would be better (that’s how long my click & grow stays on for...)
