Q: How easy is is to rinse this off? Does it emulsify with water?

It rinsed off pretty easily with just water. Much easier than other balm cleansers I've tried. But I still use a washcloth so I get everything off.

Q: I’m concerned that the glass container arrived by itself and not sealed or in its own little box. It was just in with my other Amazon items. Normal?

That is odd. When I ordered mine it came in a box and with a cleansing cloth inside. Not sure if it matters or it makes any difference but mine is the rose cleansing balm in 100g container.

Q: Is this fragrance free?

It has no noticeable fragrance.
