It is very easy to assemble and is a really good idea in theory. However, my 3 gormless moggies won’t go near it even though they’ll drink from a running tap. I’m going to leave it operating to see if they’ll take to it in the future.

Easy to assemble. Not the quietest of fountains

My kitten loves this, mainly because it looks like the kitchen tap!! Brilliant design and the added bonus of a bowl of fresh water always there when switched off

After a short while both cats got used to the fountain and seemed to enjoy drinking out of it, mostly directly from the faucet. The provided sensor wasn't as good a quality as rest of unit and failed after a year. Remove the sensor and the fountain still works, albeit continuously.

Only set it up last night so not sure how easy it is to clean, but it looks nice, being clear it's not an eyesore in the kitchen. Runs quietly enough and better than a bowl of water which keeps being tipped over. So far so good.

The fountain its self its easy to assemble but the sensor its not easy at all and I still don’t know how to connect it and if it even works.My cat was happy to use it at start but then I rarely saw him drink from it and I work from home so I am very aware of my cat’s habits.Instead I saw him drink from the toilet (a habit which I thought it died off but I was wrong).I actually made an experiment for a day, I put a water bowl of water next to the fountain and He preferred drinking from the bowl every single time.So now the 30£ fountain is being used as a very expensive water bowl, leaving me wishing I saved my money. Im very unhappy with the filters it comes with they came apart too easily while trying to clean them and they are made out of cheep plastic sponge material and they don’t seam to filter out anything.

Initially one cat loved this. He drinks from the spout of the unit. The other cat was put off by the water spout when he walked near it and the water started flowing. I thought I'd made a mistake but atlfter a couple of days he got used to the idea of it and now they both use it frequently. I will hold my hands up to not knowing about the timer screw on the back of the sensor and was frustrated at how little time the water would run! But now I have it all set up and it's a real success. If only I didn't have to keep topping the water up every day!
