Massage chair it is not. Very disappointed in it. A lot of money for just a basic chair. Massage part is a little cushion that is supposed to massage but has very little power. Should not be advertised as a massage chair.

While assembling the chair, the metal plate to the seat of the chair, the bolts provided are you not supported in the holes, they just fall out and back chair rest falls to floor, doesn’t mention anything about any other nuts attached to inside or it doesn’t come with any either, so I will have to go buy some because clearly it need nuts on other side to hold it? Or am I being stupid??? No one in answering me,For £150 chair, I would expect it to come with everything needed and not fall apart🙈I see complaints for the massaging being rubbish, it’s quite clearly shows in the pictures provided the little cushion is the massager and personally I think it’s great, just such a same about maybe missing nuts??

only bought this chair end of march and it's already broken, for the price paid totally unacceptable as another gaming chair in this house that is older is in much better condition and bought for cheaper. I'd say avoid at all costs the footrest isn't supportive and the vibration is barely there when not directly plugged in' spend your money on better value options and get your moneys worth elsewhere

Assembles easily enough. Nice firm seat. Don't use the massage cushion, but the recline is nice with the footrest. I can spread out with the baby on my chest and be comfortable to watch netflix for an hour or 2
