I'm always looking for a nice set of good kitchen products. I got these because I was needing a new pair of kitchen scissors and can always use a new paring knife as well.This set comes with the knife, the scissors, a peeler, and a bonus pair of mini scissors.The vegetable peeler is ceramic and I find that it works very well. It easily removed the peal from a carrot.The scissors are stainless steel and I felt were sharp enough to serve the purpose I was looking for.The knife I am not sure exactly what it is made of, but it cut through a carrot and a nectarine just fine.The little scissors I will keep handy to cut open packages I can't get it open in the kitchen.These are not chef quality, but are good for the average home, and I am quite pleased with them.Please note, I received this gadget set at a discounted rate in exchange for a fair and unbiased review. Surprisingly for the price, the quality is very good. I knife is very sharp and hasn't rusted yet; easily cuts into all fruits. Wouldn't recommend it for vegetables such as broccoli or carrots because its does bend when put against harder foods. The peeler is all plastic, and does an amazing job at peeling fruits. I have yet to use it on potatoes. The scissors are made very well, sharp, and extremely useful!

Extremely disappointed. Poor quality and the scissors broke 2 days in. Unfortunately I didn't start using them right away and know can't return them. The peeler is plastic and I've gotten sturdier metal ones at dollar tree.

Actually, surprised at how nice set was for the money. I just wanted a ceramic peeler to replace one I lost. Figured it was a good price for a peeler. Other items were just a bonus. Impressed with quality.

I got this set for my son so I can teach him how to cook. They are easy to use and clean, dries quickly, and is the perfect size for little hands. He cannot wait to learn a new dish so he can use his knife!

I needed the peeler and this set came with three other good items. (Extra small pair of scissors.) All works well--wasn't too sure about the ceramic peeler, but it does the job.
