Using this one for the last 20 years
I am using this lock and its previous models for the last 20 years and it is one of the most sturdy locks.I had to wait for 7 days to get it installed and also had to write to godrej directly because in my city free installation was not available but once i did the response from the customer service centre was phenomenal and I got the lock fitted for a very very nominal fee, which was not actually the fitting fee but a very modest travelling fee of the technician who had to come from other City.

Received a partially scratched and dented product
Although the product is sturdy and robust. Received a product which is partially scratched and dented. Not a good experience.
