So I love my Note 5 I've had it less than a year and it is practically an extension of my arm. Well a few months ago the unthinkable happened - I dropped my beloved phone on the floor. The S-Pen came part way out. When putting it back in a pushed a little to hard and it got stuck. My husband, the loving man that he is, offered to remove the pen for me. But, unfortunately, instead of getting it out, he jammed it further in and in the process cracked the back cover. I was heartbroken. For months I was unable to look at the cracked back without sobbing. I was tempted to purchase the new Note 7, but could not justify the hefty price tag. That's when I remembered Amazon has everything. So I ordered this replacement back (along with new S-Pen and Mudder 29 Universal Screen Removal Opening Repair Tool Kit). Mudder 29 in 1 Universal Screen Removal Opening Repair Tool Kit Pry Tools Kit and Screwdriver Set for iPhone, Motorola, Sony, Samsung, iPad, Tablets and Laptop  (I also reviewed both of those products)This screen was perfect. It took a bit to get the old one off (mainly because of the adhesive - they really stick these suckers on). Anyway, once the old one was removed and I got the S-Pen unstuck, it took all of 30 seconds to place this back on. Let me tell you, you will not know the difference. The fit is perfect, looks like a brand new phone now.For anyone who does not want to spend the money on costly repair services or shell out hundreds on a new device, this product is perfect for you.

It looks and feels like the original. The pre-attached adhesive made the installation much easier and it fits as it should. If you need a replacement back for your Note 5 you won't be disappointed, provided you do it right.

Easy replacement, Just as OEM, just doesn't include any serial number, part number or other information like the stock one. Just the AT&T logo and the Model name.
