BROKE in under a year
Has just broke in less than a year.

good product, great customer service
Ours Chew Fun grinders work much better than our previous ones that we had purchased from Sur la Table. After about 7 months, the pepper grinder quit working and the Chew Fun customer service was outstanding and had a replacement at our door in 2 days!!! good product with great customer service!

Unusable
Sent me a used product ( there was salt and pepper dust in the glass jars ) on top of that, one of the grinders does not work. Definitely not happy with the product or the company. Already talked to Amazon customer service. Sending back for refund.

Overall a good product
Overall a good product. Ease of using it and it helps that you just need 1 hand to operate. The only downside is that it operates via gravity, and the moment you tilt down it will start grinding which means less control as well. The salt and pepper will also tend to get stuck at the grinding area which you have to brush it off that could means to some wastage as well.
