The worst customer service ever, i had an issue with this item and tried many times to contact the seller via phone and but they didn't bother to reply. Very disappointed, once you pay they will stop answering.Moreover, It's damaged after a very short time and not responding also it is a waste of time there is no option to forward or skip the silence period you have to waste your time to listen to nothing. Excelente producto!! 365 días 24hrs y sin falla, es un poco complicado configurar la hora pero es casi inmortal, aguanta temperaturas altas y frias, no para de grabar, fantástico producto, lo volvería a comprar!!

I was not expecting the versatility of this it did everything it said it would do the only downside is the locking security software that it came with. This software was in another language and was very difficult to use. outside of that it is a pretty solid device and recommend it over many others out there I keep it in my jump bag and find myself using it often.

I bought this device and make it work with all condition, I realized that's amazing device do work in an ideal way, if you don't care about VAR (voice auto-activated) then it's not that deference, you can buy any device in the market but if you worry about this feature then you should only buy this one, I tried all of them and found only this one has really this feature. Very accurate very sensitive good sound quality, sturdy body, highly recommend.
