Di your self a MAJOR favour dont but this book or audio book trust me after 40 years in sales you're going to be bored sh1t less with this book it doesn't even get going until after the first 15 chapters he repeats and repeat stuff over and over again. He spells out KNOW more times than I can even remember.

It is simply amazing how a book like this can have such an impact on how you see every client interaction in a new light as you actively and deliberately move towards the close with a clear vision of the end result. You can't just read this book if you want to fully benefit from it. You have to digest it. You have to do the homework. What I thought was going to be gaining some knowledge has turned into a process of continuous study and fine tuning the handling of virtually all sales opportunities in just about every situation.

Sell or be sold is #1 for me but this is great also. Bought this for a new hire.

What can I say, the author promises new content and delivers closing techniques that border on manipulation. A book of old school techniques that I have heard many times before. Maybe if Grant was honest upfront at the beginning of the book about the "freshness" and "originality" he would of managed my expectations better.
