Poor quality
Very bad quality and hard, doesn’t solve the purpose

So far so good!
After trying them out I bought a second pack. I'm not sure how durable they are because I've only had them for a couple of weeks. They are affordable enough that I might buy more so I have a set for every pair of shoes and boots I own. I would say they eased my heel pain by about 80%. So far they have stayed in place in my shoes. FYI: they are slightly sticky all over so they would stick to bare feet which might be helpful if you wanted to wear them with flip-flops. A quick wash in the sink with soap and water takes off any lint etc stuck to them and restores their stickiness.

Comfort aw!
I have been using the heel cups for a couple of day and they are comfortable. They stay in place in my shoes and offer comfort for my plantar fasciitis. So far so good!

Unfortunately didn't do the trick
Purchased these for my wife who has significant heel pain (plantar fasciitis, heel spurs?) Her current inserts were well used. These inserts looked thick and cushioning, but, alas, no improvement in pain. I think it's time for a steroid injection.
