Very low quality, almost unusable prints. Not photo quality or anything close.- the printer has a built in trimming edge but the border between the edge of the printed image and where it stops feeding the paper out is so small that tearing off the image results in tearing into the image itself, regardless of speed, gentleness or direction.I wanted to love this printer, but the print quality is so poor that I'm disappointed. I would have sent it back if the refund window had not already closed. It's a waste of money if you want it for printing images for your scrapbook.EDIT:Even though they didn't have to, because the refund period was well over when I wrote this review, the company acted in good faith and refunded my order without being asked or needing to send the printer back. Good customer service. Have amended my review from 2 to 3 stars for the respect, speed, generosity and courtesy shown by the customer service team.

I'm disappointed by this, more so after all the glowing reviews.Things got off to a bad start when one of the moveable "pinchers" paper guides snapped off, as they're so flimsy, however this does not seem to have affected the paper feed.The print itself isn't laser/injet quality even on high settings and even just on text. I can understand this on images, but plain text should be crisp. This looks a bit like it's from a fax machine. It's not terrible, but it isn't the "great" quality claimed by others.The paper (in my case a continuous roll of white label paper) is so tightly coiled, it curls up again after printing making this useless for printing shopping or "to do" lists, or reminders etc. I wanted to do this with the option to stick the paper if I wanted. You can't flatted it out. Your only option is to stick it down, say to a blank postcard. This is fine, but trying to line up a curled print so it's straight is nearly impossible. You can't peel the whole print off the backing at once because it coils up and sticks to itself. So infuriating.Next, you have to tear the paper on the serrated edge. This leaves a jagged, not smooth, top and bottom edge to each print. In many cases it actually rips away from the serrated edge. You have to go slowly. Good luck trying to cut, with scissors, a straight edge given how the infernal prints curl up immediately.Finally, the app is terrible on iOS and on my SE2. It asks me what paper type but the confirmation button is cut off the bottom of the screen. Luckily you can swipe back to get to the main screen or you'd be stuck. Just entering a text list, say shopping, is a faff. You have to create a text box which then randomly moves down the page if you go in and add a return somewhere up the list. So there's continual dragging of this box back to the top of the screen. Then, if you want to change text size, the tiny slider is terribly hard to use precisely on a small screen. And you can slide it by small amounts and the text changes size but the font number size remains the same. Just so fiddly.I bought this to quickly print off shopping lists from my mobile rather than continually be looking at my phone in the supermarket. It's way too much hassle for this. I then wanted to make reminder or cue cards for work procedures but have just given up trying to do this either. I'll most likely now only use this for simple labels, but in that case, I could have bought a smaller/different model.I can see this being useful for printing graphics and images for art projects where alignment of paper is not important but for "serious" text prints this isn't good. The coiling of the paper is the worst issue by far, even on prints just a few inches long :(

I really like it and it does the job.But the company contacted me asking if i wanted to try their paper, i said yes and never received anything in the post.. Well nothing is for free these days!

+ decent app, easy to use, links well+ using the right photos or images image quality is very good+ paper is cheap+ good size (80mm) compared to the 53mm wide many of the thermal printers do- less good image quality if less contrast in photos- adhesive paper not that cheap

Very good .my son's like how easy to use.my wife and I Like to make postcards but the app needs work on and up date.

It's okay, does what it says on the label. Easy to use, prints of labels fine but doesn't print actual photos very well at all. Very grainy and not easy to see. Okay if you just want it for labels, myself wanted it to help create memories for my scrapbook and it's not great for that

Love this machine. Very compact but works brilliantly. Perfect for my needs. Would recommend.
