I’ve only had this a few days so can’t attest to durability etc but what’s immediately apparent is that it’s high quality with excellent functionality. Well designed and sturdy with great handles and a solid yet aesthetically pleasing feel, it’s larger width makes pouring liquid etc from a larger pot so much easier and It’s totally perforated design means it drains off superfast which is helpful at that moment when you’re juggling a steaming heavy pot etc! Its solid base ( with drainage holes in the ring that forms the base so it doesn’t trap water ) facilitates placing it in the kitchen sink so both hands are free to hold the pot etc. All in all this is a really well designed and well made item which has the functionality, feel, build quality and aesthetics you’d expect at a much higher price point. Having used it for a few days I love it. Probably the best collander that’s available and excellent value.

Comodo perché abbastanza capiente, stabile. Si lava facilmente a mano e può andare anche in lavastoviglie. La base è alta e con un foro in modo da non affogare la pasta dopo che si è scolata l'acqua nel lavandino ed è della giusta dimensione per posizionarlo sopra la pentola e suddividere il contenuto nei piatti. Manici ok. Prezzo giustificato dalla qualità eccellente.

For anyone wondering, IT IS GREAT FOR BASMATI RICE!!!Waited a little while for this review, as I was sooo skeptical when it arrived. However the welcome email upon delivery from the manufacturer did indeed give me a spur of encouragement (email basically saying we stand by our products, any issues let us know ASAP, yada yada yada).But having owned it a while now and using it a lot, so far it has performed perfectly. It is both lightweight, but also extremely sturdy. It easily holds 4-5 cups of rice (as in before you cook it) and is made of decent quality stainless steel (not like some other things sold as stainless which have imperfections and rust etc). Biggest point for me though was rice not going through the holes, AND, the colander not shredding the rice so to speak when you shake it round a bit to drain the excess water.Oh, and has no issues with the dishwasher at all!

Cette passoire correspond exactement à ce que je recherchais!Elle est d’une grande contenance, robuste, en inox.Les trous sont parfait pour égoutter du riz ou des lentilles!! Les aliments sont parfaitement égouttés!Les poignées sont très pratique!C’est une passoire robuste qui durera longtemps (contrairement aux passoires bas de gamme en plastique)Bon rapport qualité prix!

Cansado de gastar dinero en coladores que o son muy finos y difíciles de limpiar , os son gordos, o terminan separándose el mango del colador, compré este modelo y estoy encantado con el.Lo puedes poner en la pila y queda bien sujeto con el pie que tiene. Es muy robusto y con los agujeros adecuados para colar y poder limpiarlo fácilmente. Lo he metido en el lavaplatos y sin problemas. Tiene un tamaño grande para poder usarlo para ensaladas, pasta ... Eso para mi es una ventaja, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que ocupa bastante espacio.
