Firstly, these are super comfortable and have absolutely transformed my work boots in 2 ways, one of which you NEED to be aware of when choosing these substantial insoles.I bought some decent work boots but they were harsh under foot, and a bit too big (I normally wear a 13 but these felt HUGE).So these insoles made the shoes a million times more comfortable, and made the shoes fit a lot better. And there is the thing to note. These take up a bit of room in your boot/shoe as they are more substantial than the standard insole, so that makes sense. If you take out the original insole you get a bit of room back, but still I know if I were to put these in my dress shoes I’d never get them on my feet.So just be aware if your shoes are snug these might make them too tight, but if you have a bit of room and can take the insole out, happy days. If you have a lot of room you can throw it over the original insole and close up about half a size I’d say.Overall, as mentioned I’m ordering a second set for my walking boots as they really are comfortable!!

Bought for hiking boots, the insoles are good quality, comfortable and true to size. Definitely relieves pressures on my metatarsal area. Well worth the price point imo, bought a 2nd pair for everyday shoes.

Bought these specifically for my On Running shoes as they’re quite flat. Unfortunately the insole is too thick so my foot slips out of the shoe. They are very comfy and seem to work well in other shoes, but had to return them as they don’t fit my specific shoe.

Purchased these for sore painful foot, which had swollen. They are really comfortable and provide support. They are too tall for normal shoes, but ideal for boots.

These arrived packaged well and on time, came in a lovely zip seal bag too. Very impressed with these they are the perfect fit, support is excellent and quality is excellent too. I’ve had lots of inserts and I think these are the best. Would recommend for sure, def ordering more.

I was told by my physio to get these and put them in all my shoes, but they are too three dimensional (High) to fit in most of my ordinary shoes. They would probably work well with trainers or similar, where you can let the laces out to make a bit more room. Sadly, I'm returning them.

I had foot surgery not to long ago, thought I should update my insoles. Turns out these are the same ones I picked out the last time I put a new pair in my shoes. They are comfortable and last for a good while. They fit into my shoes just fine. Gives support where it is needed. I would continue to buy these again.

This was weird to wear at first, because there is a bump, or raised area, if that makes sense, just around the metatarsal area of my foot, and it was there to prevent pressure on the metatarsal of my foot. It took a little bit to get used to that raised area, but it did help take the pressure off the ball of my foot. I can only wear a pair of shoes for about a year before the ball of my foot starts hurting (one foot only, I lean on one side more) and I stand in my job all day long as a hairstylist. These helped my shoe last longer before I had to replace them. (I replace them once a year, because they start to hurt). I got the inserts around the time my foot started to hurt. Very helpful and will buy another pair for my new shoes eventually!

I bought these for arch support in shoes that are half a size too big. I have used them a couple of days now and they do the job: arch support is okay for me and I got a much better fit of the shoes.
