Cleans Well
Satisfied with this windshield cleaner. Took a while to figure out how to tighten the extendable shaft as it kept collapsing when I extended out to its full length. Finally got it to stay in place and the inside of of car's windshield was the cleanest it's ever been using just water. I've used paper towels and chamois in the past and they always left streaking.

used this and I was finally able to clean and reach my inner windshields of my car. love the clean glass and can really see well now.

Disappointed
It doesn't work as well as I hoped. The arm is simple to adjust, and that's about as good as it got for me. It is easy enough to use, but the cloth was a little difficult to get on. I have tried to clean my windshield multiple times and it just doesn't work. It doesn't allow for enough pressure and the microfiber cloth is too thin to properly clean. I haven't tried this, but it probably needs some padding between the cloth and the base in order to get proper pressure to clean as intended.

It works
This actually works at reaching the bottom of a windshield in these horribly designed cars!I have had a heck of a time cleaning my interior windshield due to its slanting so low and far away from the steering wheel and this gets in there. The length of the pole is perfect. I wish it came with more pad refills.

It’s fine
It works great as a window cleaner. But cannot work out how to detach the head to expose the window breaker or make use of the ice scraper without breaking the plastic.

The only way to clean the inside of your windscreen
Easy to use. I sprayed inside of windscreen isopropyl alcohol then wiped off with the device. Very good at removing bloom from cigarette smoke.

it cleans the moisture off the window and thanks to the long handle it makes it easier to reach, also it works well as a scraper of ice
