Great exfoliation tool
I’ve used BufPuf (sp?) for decades (seriously). It keeps my skin exfoliated and pores clean. Don’t scrub! Use it with a good facial cleanser in a circular motion. I think you will be pleased.

Gentle
2 times a week. This is good to me, I tried the white version which is way toooo much harder and rougher. I have retinol and AHA in my routine (not on the days I use this sponge)
