Works perfectly comes in SRAM packaging. I've been through about 4 of these since I've had UDH bikes. They used to be almost half the price they are now but what can you do. They are indeed metal, they have a rubberized plastic coating on them to prevent creaking and also helps protect the frame when the UDH moves if your derailleur is hit.Don't bother trying to straighten your hangers, just replace them and save yourself the headache.

Envío fugaz
Es de aluminio y plástico, este último hace de "fusible" para proteger la vaina ke en mi caso es de carbono. En caso de rotura evita romper vaina y por ello es de plástico.Para los comentarios anteriores que desprecian el plástico, mejor romper patilla ke vaina, no??Y comprar dos, una puesta y otra en la mochila con su respectiva herramienta.👍
