Great contour tool, works well but sadly it turns out I didn't need for my project! However it's a one of those things if you ever need one it's good one to have.

Nice toy! I used this as a mold to contour wood putty that was placed at the bottom of a door frame that was an inch too short. I had to let the putty set up for a while before I could use the frame because the putty was too sticky. Once it had set a bit, I then put plastic wrap over the putty and then set my mold. It worked incredibly well.

I purchased this contour gauge for my brother-in-law because he enjoys handiwork and home upgrades. He and my sister recently moved into an older home, so I figured this tool might come in handy for funky spots. He seemed very happy with it.

I used this tool to help me make some funky cuts while laying down LVP! Worked awesome super helpful and time saving!

Works just fine but the movements are not fluid. This isn’t something that you can run your hand over and it will cascade easily. The pieces are stiff but I guess that makes it easier to not loose your shape while your locking the device in place.
