I love these chairs - sturdy, attractive, comfortable, good price, and they fold up so I can get them out of the way if I don't need them.Shipping boxes were heavy duty and lots of Styrofoam and extra cardboard to protect them during shipping. Even had a half dozen of those anti-moisture packs in with them. I will get some of those glide feet things for the bottom of the legs to help keep them from sliding, but these are perfect for the counter bar.

I like the stool being lightweight easy to unfold and fold store away, padded back- seat- foot rest makes it very comfortable to sit on, I have difficulty with weak hands this stool would be a excellent choice for customers who have difficulty with assembling things.

These chairs are well made and would fit in with any brown tone decor. They came individually packed and in perfect shape. Easy to fold for storage they represent good value for money. The seat is lightly padded and provides firm but comfortable seating. Recommended

This stool just arrived in what appears to be perfect condition. There is no assembly required. It arrives fully assembled. It came very well packaged and and secure within the box. This prevents you from receiving a barstool with a broken leg, as some other highly rated ones occasionally do. I sat on it for a couple minutes and it was stable on the carpet and comfortable. It has a padded seat cushion and full padded cushion back support. Right now the folding mechanism is a little stiff but I suspect after being opened and closed a few times it will loosen up a little bit but if not, WD-40 should do the trick. It appear to be exceptionally well made. It weighs 17.64 lbs which is heavier than I’d like but it’s the solid wood construction that makes it feel so strong & stable. It’s a folding stool I don’t anticipate picking it up or the need to carry it often.I don't plan to use it as most people apparently are. I have an over-the-door traction device that works well for getting pressure off spinal nerves. The last time I used it I carried a dining room chair to the doorway. That was heavy & cumbersome, blocking the entire doorway. When in pain, the last thing I need is to be continuously lifting & carrying a heavy, bulky chair and wedging it into place. The alternative of leaving it in place meant I had to climb over it to go through the doorway. I thought this folding stool might work better.It has a 24.5" seat height. That puts it just about 1-2 inches taller than the average chair seat and is perfect for kitchen counter stool height. I'm anticipating that that little bit of extra height will make it easier to put myself into & get out of traction. When in place it doesn't completely block the entire doorway and when not in use, I can simply be fold it up & lean it against the door jam. There's still plenty of room to walk right past it through the doorway. I haven't tried it yet with the traction...that's next. If it doesn't work,…well, then I’ll have to return it and look for something else. So far, I think it’ going to work.If you’re looking for a solidly built, stable kitchen counter stool for any purpose, I don’t think you can go wrong with this one.
