Whats The difference between this and the original box game?

The card game version of Original Dirty Minds comes with cards instead of booklets. Because it is a travel version of the original game it is condensed, so it has less naughty clues.

Is this the extension of the board game or is it an actual game? Thanks.

No this not an extension of the board game; this a card game

Where can I get instructions on how to play the game?

The instructions are on a little pamflet that is folded in half and inside the box with the cards.

If you order a second set, are the Cards different?

i dont know, i only ordered one set
