Very useful product
I am a little suprised at negative reviews as my piece came in a perfect packing.. absolutely flat. And it's a pleasure to hit on this mat as it maintains its shape. I am totally relieved of the months of pain given by earlier loose curled up mats.

Ships flat and not folded.
Just got this mat in the mail on Saturday. It was shipped flat and not folded just as the manufacturer said. I took some practice swings the other day while squinting in the sun on a beautiful day in the back yard. Very durable and the thickness is perfect. Unlike other practice mats I have owned I am very happy with this one.

Tee came crooked
The mat is fine but the tee that goes into it came very crooked and it is unusable. I reached out to the company but they never responded. I had to go out and buy a plastic tee from a sporting goods store to be able to use this.
