I received the Marshall headphones today, but the sound quality is very disappointing and below expectations for this brand. The audio feels unclear and not balanced, which makes the product unsatisfactory for me.I understand replacement may be available, but I would prefer a refund instead because I am not satisfied with the overall sound performance. The product was used only for testing and is still in proper condition with original packaging and accessories.Kindly approve a refund request as an exception. Thank you.

Sound quality good. I’m not much of a music person but it’s really cool and good vintage design. Comfortable for hours of usage. I’m writing this after one year usage, the leather covers are starting to peel off little bit, so I’m feeling bad. Gives a classy and stylish look

Summary:The Marshal IV headphones are high quality headphones with an amazing battery life and great aesthetic providing a steal at $73. Despite some small drawbacks these headphones are of great value and quality that I absolutely recommend getting.THE GOOD1.Sound: The Marshal IVs provide clear mids and highs with deep bass, suitable for all genres of music. I listen to a lot of rap, R&B, and rock and the sound quality of these headphones absolutely blew me away. The volume these headphones can reach is very high making them perfect for noisy environments like the gym and public transportation. As someone who likes to listen to loud music, I don’t turn the volume to max on these headphones which is a first for all the headphones I have ever owned.2.Battery Life: The advertised 80+ hours of listening is true. I only charge these headphones once every other week and I use these headphones for everything, going to the gym, while I'm cooking, and watching shows and movies on my tablet.3.Aesthetic: The square faux leather with the iconic Marshal logo in the middle is a great look that was what initially caught my eye when browsing for headphones. I was pleased to find out that not only are they stylish but have the quality to back it up.4. Comfort: I have always been a diehard over-ear loyalist as I find on-ear headphones to be uncomfortable. I took a risk with these headphones and was surprised at how comfortable these are, wearing them for hours at a time with no discomfort.THE NOT SO GOOD1.Control Knob: While I do like the idea of the control knob being simple, stylish, and one tactile analog control for everything you would need. I found that when turning the headphones on/off to not be very easy to use often taking me multiple attempts to do so.2. App: Unfortunately, the Marshal IVs are not compatible with the Marshal app used to customize the headphones audio to your taste and after some research I do not believe there are any intentions to add these headphones to it.
