ConnecTool 111 Pro Set 2

Ordered product as what I thought was a set based off of description and images. (2) straight connectors and (2) 90 degree fittings. I even paid more from the description of pro set 111 1 to pro set 111 2. Thinking the 2 meant both straight and 90s.Received only 90 degree connectors. Reached out to company and they were sure to express my error. Never would have bought item knowing each fittings was over 100 dollars. I thought for sure I was getting 4 fittings for around 50 bucks each. If I bought again, guess I'm better prepared. Hopefully this helps someone of making the same mistake I didn't think I did ... but did.Update!!Company did adjust image and said for the confusion, they made it right and sent everything image showed. Very happy they corrected this. Part works great! Changing from 1 star to 5 stars.

I’m a hvac tech I’m using it and I recommend this product

Excellent idea, very hard to get them to seal. I tried to use them about a dozen times. Now they are just expensive paper weights.

The connector saves time in our shop and keeps the techs from constant having the twist the connectors on and off.

Took a few tries to realize that you have to hold the sleeve without pushing the quick connect from the back but once i figured it out they paid for themselves
