I was skeptical to buy this product due to some negative reviews but due to its price, I decided to give it shot and buy it for my dad and I was pleasantly surprised. The results took 5 days AFTER I received an email that they have received my sample which itself took 2 weeks so I guess 5 days is slightly misleading. I didn’t have any problem registering the test but for people that had that issue, I suggest calling the customer service.The sampling process was super easy, just took a bunch of hair and dropped them in the pocket. The results were very detailed (48 pages) and analyzed a lot of common things that we were looking for. I was very satisfied and would recommend the product.

I sent the sample in over 3 weeks ago. I got the email when I registered. When I check the status it still states “sample not received yet.” I’m not sure where the problem occurred but so far it’s a total rip off for me. 🙁Update- I got an email today saying that they have received my sample. I will update again when they send results.

It took a few weeks for my sample to make it to their lab, but once it did I had results within 48 hours. Very interesting to see I am gluten sensitive, never would have known had I not tried this. Thankful for my results though because now I can tailor my diet to suite me better.

You claim a 2-3 day turn around, once the sample is received.It would be helpful to know ahead of time that it could take 3-4 wks between the time the sample is mailed and receiving a confirmation from you that the sample was received and about to be processed.thank you

After some initial research showing mixed reviews on bioresonance testing vs. blood or skin allergy testing, but hearing good things about the test, I decided to try this product while it was on sale. It was disappointing to learn that the body intolerance test did not involve a kit and only results in a digital access code and shipping label being sent for the sample, unlike other at home lab tests, which led me to hesitate with this product as there is no way to verify legitimate results particularly for a test method that does not appear to be widely backed by the medical community. But I was glad the customer service team was able to refund and their response was prompt. If the product improves and there is more research and support for this test method, I would consider this company again. The submission instructions and policies need to be clearer on their site because it appears each test has a different return period or the return policy is based on location. It would be helpful to see a sample report to know what to expect prior to payment. It would also be beneficial to partner with provider networks to promote the authenticity of this test method, and to allow the customer to verify the accuracy of the test results in comparison to other labwork done by doctors in their provider network.

I had to wait 3 weeks for my results, but so worth it. I'm able to make better food choices for myself now.

It provided what it was promised and more. I verified the result by eliminating those foods and metals shown with a red dot in my report, and I could not be happier. I'd strongly recommend it.

I purchased this product as I’ve been having certain disagreements with food items, so when I received the results I was absolutely thrilled to see that I was completely right in what I thought about the food items that do not agree with me so I can now change my eating habits and improve the way I feel in my body. The delivery was very quick and all the exploration was very easy to use. I returned my hair samples as instructed and received an email which was extremely thorough more thorough than I ever expected and I am now showing so many friends and relatives and I want to buy one to this product should be available to everyone in the UK on the NHS. Sent off 3 tests 3 weeks ago! Still have not recieved results- rip off. Unable to return as we have used them!

I've been thinking about these tests for years as I have a common sneeze reflex after eating in restaurants - but never been able to pinpoint what it is. The reason I hadn't done one before is that I'd had friends who'd done (other) tests and all come back with similar results - almost as if 'everyone' is sensitive to gluten, dairy, citrus.My results came back from this particular test with none of the above, which gave me confidence - in fact very few sensitivities, which was useful. There was logic to the results (eg I showed sensitivity to hummus, and chick peas, and sesame seeds and sesame oil - i.e. all ingredients in hummus).Also reassuring to see the vitamin/ mineral results which I didn't know were included for free, and to know I'm not deficient - I'd recommend buying a kit. It's quick, easy, not expensive, and potentially useful results!

Having serious problems with communications with Global Health,they came back saying I did not complete the information properly,what the probem was I was not told.I'am being told that the Redemption Code is wrong,Q what is the Redemption Code ! Help Thanks This situation is going round in circles, allI have is a empty box,purhaps a return of my cash,might be better solution Thanks.
