Pads for my gun vise
There are a lot vise pads/ jaws on Amazon that are significantly less. They seem to have negative reviews. I decided to order quality and pay a little more. Glad I did. If you have guns you want protect, this is the product. It looks like these pads will last a lifetime. The magnets do a good job holding the pads in place.

Sold as used and barely had a mark on them!
Great deal on the vise face!

Vise Clamps
Nice clamps, so far haven’t seen any marks on barrel when using

Makes life easier
Extremely useful so far. Been able to securely hold my AK and several handguns without any sort of marring or damage. Much better than improvised vise blocks.

Not strong enough for muzzle brake installs
Works great for mounting optics, not so great at mounting a muzzle brake.

The Rem 700 vise jaws were too weak for the barrel torque required. The Jaws disentegrated.
The magnets were exposed and scratched the barrel with deep gouges. The jaws were mounted on a 5" bench vise, tightened with a cheater lever.

THE vise blocks to get for holding barrels! You won't be disappointed!
After having tried multiple kinds of vise blocks, this is the ONLY set that I've found can properly hold a barrel tight enough without marring it, allowing me to torque muzzle devices on an off up to 30-35 Ft.Lbs. Every other vise block either risked marring the barrel even if it didn't spin after tightening it down enough (such as the metal and aluminum ones), or it just outright spun even when applying very low amounts of torque, like the cheapo plastic "no-mar" and home made wood blocks did...Super stoked that I came across this block set because it really saved my keister, allowing me to properly mount muzzle devices both my Tikka T3X CTR (6.5 Creedmoor) and Steyr AUG (5.56mm NATO) rifles. The vise blocks had zero problems holding onto both and preventing them from spinning when torquing the muzzle devices down. The Tikka T3X with it's heavier, slightly tapered bull barrel and the Steyr AUG's narrower, non-tapered barrel. Neither had issues what so ever...The only slight nit-pick that I have with this product is that on my particular vise, the blocks don't seat all the way down to the lip of the blocks because they are ever so slightly too deep for my vise, so they stick out proud above the clamping area ever so slightly, but not nearly enough to cause any issues what so ever (you can see this slight gap in the second photo). I was considering taking a grinding wheel to the bottoms of the blocks, but I decided not to as I was going to be purchasing another vise in the near future. The blocks still worked absolutely perfectly, but they just stuck out a little bit, so that is the only slight issue to note, should you have a vice that has a shallow depth in the clamping area.Other than that, this vise block set is absolutely, 100% the VERY BEST vice block set that you will find on amazon that will allow you to securely clamp your barrel or other work piece and still maintain the work piece's finish without even putting the slightest smudge on it, much less a scuff or scratch. So buy once and cry once. You may complain about paying $40 or so for vice blocks but I guarantee you that you will NOT regret it.

Magnets a bit weak.
The magnets are a bit weak but the Jaws work great, the slots hold hold the piece you are working on firmly in place.
