Problematic. No instruction memo for joining the pieces
Everything was okay, but one of the wheels never got in , there was a manufacturing defect due to which it ended up only on four wheels and someone fell down from it. Amazon should really be checking the quality of products before shipping

One Castor missing in the package.
One Castor is missing on one set for the stool. Had ordered two stools. One unit is okay. Please send another Castor wheel. Stool is otherwise comfortable and good quality.

Cushion support is horribly poor.
The cardboard sheet supporting the cushion did not last for four days now I have to get it re worked involving extra cost. Suggest strong wooden/ steel support be provided.
