The gel pack is easy to use for both hot and cold compressions. Can be effectively used within a few minutes. Extremely easy to carry and use. A little expensive, but well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded.  Like the quality of the product. Used for joint pain and works really well. No leaks or issues. Haven't tried the hot part yet.

It’s a okay product . Not that great not that bad .. please go for something else instead of this for ice block . This is just a gel which dosent remain cold

Because keeping in the fridge doesn't make it cold enough and in case of the lesion, you can't wait for 2 hours before applying the cold patch.

Unlike some of the other ice packs once chilled it freezes and does not stay flexible like a gel pack, however this gives it a long duration cooling. Quite nice actually and the Matt finish of the product does not feel odd on the skin.Tried only the cold function.. hence cannot comment on the hot pack function

This is a very inferior quality gel pack and it froze rock solid when I kept it in freezer for few hours. I suspect the gel is of very bad quality as gels in these packs never freezes. I have cold packs of other brands as well and have not seen this behaviour in them. On the top of it this is non returnable item and Amazon refused to take it back and refund money. This was a complete waste of money. I will not recommended it.

Happy so far after a week. Feels sturdy. Hearts up well in microwave which is what I want
