Great hiking shoes
They fit wide feet well. Comfortable, plenty of cushion and traction. My Keens always seems to hold up well, have owned many pairs over the years. These black ones are sharp as well.

Great shoes when they send the correct size
I love these shoes. They’re exactly what I wanted. Took 3 tries to get a women’s 8….but I have my side finally 🥰

Beauties!
The shoes arrived on the day predicted, something to be happy about as the Christmas online shopping frenzy begins. A close inspection out of the box showed no flaws and I really like the combination of leather and nylon mesh and it should be noted that while the lighting in the listing photo makes it look like the leather on one half of the shoe is a lighter brown than on the other, in the actual shoe the leather pieces are perfectly colour-matched.I've already walked the dog in them and they feel fine even if they fit a little bigger than expected. I usually take size 9 but in a local sports shop a few days before ordering these I tried another similar Keen model that they only had in size 9.5 wide, but I've never worn wides so I didn't buy even though they seemed to fit fine for the short while I had them on. So when I ordered these I went with 9.5 - but in my usual medium. When I tried them on out of the box they felt a little bigger than the other model in the shop. They're not actually loose, but I do feel a little bit of room in the heel, though the heels don't flop up & down when I walk and don't drag my socks down inside the shoe. Still, if you're a 9, order a 9, even though i can't explain why a medium should feel bigger than a wide.A lot of hiking shoes are hard to get on because they come up snug to the ankles and while you're struggling to get them on you're also struggling to get a finger through the loops at the heel that are too small to actually help you. But Keens have big loops attached in such a way that they don't fold flat on themselves so you don't have to pick away at them to get them open enough to put your finger through. A huge help when you're in a hurry. Another thing, I don't have any trouble with the laces coming untied as I walk. There are other Keen models that have chunkier lugs on the tread, but these are not as prominent and look more like a walking shoe than a hiker. Neither do they have the big, fat, rounded heels of many of their other models and so don't look so clumsily utilitarian as those more serious hikers.I like these shoes a lot. I like the brand name, the subdued colour palette, the obvious quality, the ergonomic design and the moderate price, which stands up well to what I guess is Keen's main rival, Merrell. Preparing for the rainy and eventually snowy weather of the season, I had already bought some inexpensive shoes from unfamiliar Chinese brands but when I saw these Keens I couldn't rest until I had them. Now I have them, I'm good.

Great shoes for wide feet.
Great shoes if you have a wide foot.

Comfortable, light and solid
I tried on some other hiking shoes at my local outdoors store, but didn’t love them. I saw these Keens, and having Keen winter boots and hiking sandals, I decided to buy them. I am definitely a Keen fan. The shoes are light and very comfortable. I have a wider foot, and my normal shoe size was perfect. They seem to be very well manufactured. I’m looking forward to putting them to work hiking and walking.
