If pushed this bag to the limit so far. I use it weekly to deliver and entire shopping cart of groceries and detergents to my mom and it has yet to let me down. Works well as a cooler bag for a few hours and you can extend the time by adding some small ice bags. Good for the price.

I got this for a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator that I was renting and it was invaluable for carrying up groceries, bottles of water and other stuff. Having the weight on my back made it far easier. Plus it freed up my hands to: a) carry other things; b) handle the keys and locks. The price is excellent for what you get. Also the insulation is pretty thick compared to a lot of insulated bags.

Purchased in 2022. At the time I was unable to leave a review. But today... Received the bags and used it that same night and that night the zipper went afoul. It wouldn't closed the it came off one side then a few teeth came off. So for a few night I had to use the bag without a zipper. The dimensions of the bags are great. The insulation of the bag helped up and did it's job. The color scheme ok. Some I added a large tooth luggage zipper to the bags. Handsewn. Perfect. Then the straps started to separate from the bag at the top. The straps go just far enough to be sewn with bag no real rivet or long internal strap sewn in the bag for extra support. The bag has stress issues with 3 2ltr sodas. The straps stress and don't have any more adjustments to tighten the bag to ur back. Manufacturer use a bigger and stronger zipper. Also extend the internal part of the strap and rivet to plastic and/or leather at the top of bag. And finally add a little rigidity to the bag to reduce sag and stress on the bag the the person's back. It will improve for bike riders. I think the back has the best dimensions overall as a standard. At the price it is ok for very light work. But at the price maybe customizing it may work. I must say I have seen the bag twice and one bag looked intact but the second had zipper issues that were apparent when he came for an order. Thank you. 😎
