The float was easy to put together but figuring out exactly how to fit it on my child took a minute to figure out. It's a little unwieldy to get the child into the float, but not sure how they could really make that better. I like that it has flip-over protection with the tail and has a pretty secure closure system.The items I'd like to see made a little better are the straps used to hold in the child, they are somewhat flimsy plastic. and I would expect some kind of woven nylon straps like on a life vest.Overall, I think the kiddo will have fun with this.

Let me say how great this float is. It came very quick and packed well. Its still to cold for the pool up north but we wanted to make sure they inflated and did not leak so once it got here we blew it up and put it in the hot tub to make sure all was good and its perfect. It has a removeable canopy which is a very nice feature. We have had other infant floats for our children in the past but those canopies did noting but get in the way so its nice to be able to take this off. It also came with hand pump which worked well and saves some time. The colors are vibrant and bright and once the weather warms up we will have a blast with our infant granddaughter who will be 6 months at that time.

At first glance, it did seem a little confusing on how to put the baby in. You may need two people at first to put them in, that’s how I did it. It comes with straps that go under and around to the back where it buckles. Then there’s another one that goes over the shoulders. I felt that it was pretty secure. You also have to lay the baby on their stomach or back not put their legs through any holes. Once I got him in there, My son loved it, he was able to kick around and pretend like he was swimming. I had no issues with it and it also comes with patches in case there’s a hole. I really like how the floaty brought a little pump to inflate it.

Upon opening the product I was prepared to be disappointed. I thought it looked cheap. And I thought it was going to take forever to inflate it. It only took 15 minutes to inflate and there were no leaks, although a patch is included. We used it for my 6 month old grandson who weighs 19 pounds. It was perfect for him. He was comfortable and it was easy for his parents and grandparents to spend quality time with him while he was in the water. We were all very happy with the purchase. Makes it much easier than carrying the baby around a pool

This is a very cute float, it was very easy to inflate with electric pump. Pump that is provided is useless. It came apart the first time I used it but I have a small electric pump for floats that made it very easy. The reason for 3 stars is I can’t figure out how the child sits in it and is secured with the straps. It appears the straps and seat are backwards, the child would face the tail. I have not used it yet because of the confusion and my grand baby is too small for it. We did inflate it and were hoping to use it but between her being on the small size and the confusing straps/instructions we gave up. Hopefully the seller will provide more concise instructions.

Okay so I do like this product but there are a couple things to note. The top part is hard to fold back down...and it definitely took two of us to get my son in and out he is only 6 months but fits great once inside. It’s more like they are kind of laying down and he is able to kick his feet behind him and he loved it. But because the straps and the thing he sits/buckles him is plastic it was kinda tough to get him in and out.

My 14 month old had so much fun in this. She’s a very active baby, started walking at 6.5 months so we figured she’d enjoy this to help her in the water. We use it in our 10’ intex inflatable pool. This helped her learn to kick her feet in the water. The bells are nice to hear too when she moves. Of course always supervised with someone near her but this gives her the nice independence to float in the pool with dad. The sun shield is nice too. Only thing off was that it advertised a pump in the picture but ours didn’t come with a pump, which was the main reason I selected this one.

We love this floaty!!!! We just used this floaty for our ten month old. Didn't cry not once. I like that only half his body in it. Also it comes with a pump!!! So I can sit there and pump it and not have to bust out a different pump. My husband helped me put him in it and he was super excited about how secure it was. He did great it in. The bells are a very nice touch. We put the tail on it but I don't think he needs it just yet as he's only ten months old. I would definitely recommend this to my friends with babies. It's comfortable for my son. He can smack the water and see what's going on in the pool.
