Works well, takes a bit to get used to a different balance point for the guitar. Solid construction.

I have been playing on a nylon guitar since 2008, and I bought this back in 2011. For those who are not sure how it works: the plastic hook on the end attaches to the bottom of the sound hole, and the strap reaches under the guitar. It was no intended to be a hands-free device, but neither is playing the guitar...It puts the weight of the guitar around your neck (though not uncomfortably) so that you can play your classical guitar while standing. While you are not playing, you can either hold your guitar steady, which takes little to know effort, or you put it on a stand.This product was mostly designed for classical guitars, which do not have the nuts common on steel-string acoustic guitars which are used to attach the normal-looking guitar straps.It works exactly as intended and it has stood the test of time so far. There is not a good reason for this product to not deserve 5 stars unless you do not understand its purpose.

I am a music teacher and use different guitars in different locations, so it's helpful to have an "instant" strap for a guitar wherever I may be.

This is my first classical guitar strap and I love it. It takes getting used to because it doesn't wrap around your body like a traditional acoustic guitar strap. I also have to remember that I can't let go of the guitar unless I want it to kiss the floor. I also use it when play in a sitting position since I don't have to worry about the guitar slipping around, being too low, or the guitar being in an awkward position. The material is nice as well as the craftsmanship. I've met many of the Levy team (including one of the owners) at various NAMM shows, which is why it doesn't surprise me that the make quality products. Quality people making quality products! I highly recommend this strap.

This is a great strap...if you’re looking for a leather strap to age for the long haul. When it arrives, it’s extremely stiff and uncomfortable. You have to worth leather in and I understand that but that’s not why I returned it. So why did it return it?IT DOES NOT FIT MY TENOR UKULELE.It’s made for a guitar, not a uke. Don’t buy it for a uke. They need to fix the description.

It is difficult to find the right adjustment to use this strap comfortably. This is no fault of the strap, it is just hard to find the right adjustment to hold my guitar at the right height. It probably doesn't help that I have short arms. Still, it is better that either making holes in a classic guitar or putting suction cups on to hold normal straps. I will get used to it.

Well, it works. Once I figured out that leather loop with the OTHER hook on it wasn't actually part of the strap unless you wanted to use it to hang it on the wall. Took me a second to figure out, but it seems to work exactly like it's supposed to. Being only 5'3" , I also have the advantage that I can actually adjust the strap enough for it to wear crossways across my body like a purse strap- (and I'm not skinny either). My classical guitar is also fairly light, so this strap works exceptionally well to support the guitar enough that I can play standing up if I need to. This guitar, though not a particularly expensive instrument, is my 'baby", and I wasn't about to drill holes or even try to glue anything to it to add strap buttons for the few times I'd need a strap at all.

Das Leder entpuppt sich als minderwertig. Für eine Sopranukulele und bei einer Körpergröße von 1,82m muss man den Gurt auf die kleinste Stufe stellen und über sein Gesicht zwängen, damit die Ukulele richtig zum Liegen kommt. Habe den Gurt auch auf einer Klassikgitarre getestet. Hier ging das Konzept besser auf (ein Stern). Bei beiden Instrumenten blieb es eine wacklige Angelegenheit. Da ich ein Anfänger auf beiden Instrumenten bin und den Gurt nicht auf anderen Ukulelenvarianten (Tenor etc.) testen konnte, vergebe ich einen weiteren Kulanzstern. Generell würde ich aber mit Bestimmung und Entschiedenheit vom Kauf abraten. Vielleicht sind die Levy's Gurte aus Stoff mehr für Sie und mich?

Sembra molto più grande in foto che dal vivo, la qualità è molto buona ed il gancetto per chitarra spagnola in plastica non rovina la sottile cassa della chitarra. Comprata a causa di una tendinite, posso dire che una volta abituati funziona bene, ma bisogna stare molto attenti e tenere presente che non è una tracolla per acustica. Lasciando andare la chitarra da una delle due parti, inevitabilmente la chitarra rischierà di cadere, perchè il fissaggio è unico. Difficile abituarsi ma una volta presa la mano risulta comoda ed efficace. Consigliata
