this is a wonderful coffee for the right person--- and i am that person! This is not army coffee; not :dark and strong" coffee. not heavy handed, punch drunk coffee. This is a fine flavored, light roasted, naturally processed Ethiopian bean. Naturally organic. picked by hand. The flavors of the coffee cherry inundate the profile; berries and chocolate are prominent. I've roasted coffee professionally and for myself for the last 10 years and this may be my favorite ever.

We use the whole beans to grind fresh coffee for all of our get togethers. The aroma of the fresh grind fills the air and the scent of the fresh brewed coffee draws the coffee lovers for a cup.

Smooth delicious coffee
I use a Keurig coffee maker so I ground the beans and used a reusable basket. The coffee was amazing. Highly recommend!
