This biotin is the perfect strength. it’s a small pill making it easy to swallow. Since I started this 3 months ago, I definitely see a difference in hair loss so it’s effective. 1番の良さは、量の割に安い事。私は、昔爪の変形や、足の裏の水疱のあれなので、飲み始め治ったので、たまに注文します。今は、高齢なので、髪の毛が細くなり気になるのと皮膚が汗に弱いので、購入しました。やはり、摂取しないとするのでは、違いが出ると思います。

効果はまだ良くわかりませんが、飲みやすいしお値段も安いのでまたリピします。
