A great way to learn
Rebecca C. Morrison is a lawyer who decided to act into what happiness meant for her and it change her life so much she decided to write a book about it. Giving the opportunity to the readers, Rebecca teaches how to transform life into a journey of inner peace and happiness. Focusing on what is best and helping to identify what is the stone standing in the way of achieving goals. It is the perfect guide to follow a fulfilling path of joy and understanding.I really enjoyed this book! Rebecca is a great writer, and her writing is approachable so it is very easy to follow up and it is written in a way that encouraged me to keep on going. It made me understand a lot of things I was actually causing myself. A great way to unlock all the drama and let go to finally feel lighter and be happy.

Insightful - a very good read.
This is a well written guide that aims to help the reader find joy; something that sounds so simple but for some is difficult to reach. The Happiness Recipe written by Rebecca C. Morrison is a book that caught my attention at first sight and when I started reading it I couldn't stop until the end. I read it in a go. It is not very long and the narrative is simple and reads fast.I would recommend this because I believe it can be useful for everyone. Achieving happiness is something possible and the author shows this in this book.

An important search
This book is a practical guide to achieve happiness. Most of the time, we are not conscious of what really matters in life and we feel overwhelmed by our hectic everyday routine. This reading helped me a lot to focus little by little on the essential aspects of our lives and to leave aside those things that are important but that shouldn’t occupy the majority of my days or even my free time. I understood that leisure time and being with my family are moments that I have to treasure and protect. This book was also useful to learn that the decisions we take have an effect in our search for happiness and wellbeing.

5 stars for The Happiness Recipe!
This book offers SUCH insightful and practical advice regarding why so many of us may be feeling disconnected from ourselves and our happiness. There are many wonderful concepts throughout the book that give you that “aha” moment from page to page (which I always love in a great book), alongside very helpful and useful tools to get you feeling more aligned with yourself and your priorities. This is a timeless resource I will use again and again for myself and my clients- and share with friends and family. It is a great read for any age and gender.

A beautiful book with great ideas!
A must read, regardless of your age, gender or chapter in life. Becky's book does a masterful job of weaving in her own story and learnings along with helping her readers identify actionable tips and ideas for finding their own happiness. Just as importantly, the advice will not overwhelm you. Instead, you will find practical insights and "ah ha" moments for aligning the book with your life.

This book changed my approach to life.
The book was well written, easy to read and just so helpful. The exercises are well-matched to the content. I recommend this to anyone, young or old to explore how to bring more joy into your journey. Also, it might just be what you need for the next chapter in your life, even in the latter years. I am so glad it came into my hands and I think you will be grateful too.

Beautifully written, gives you permission to be happy!
This is one of the best self-help books I’ve read in a long time. It’s simple and practical, and starts out by tackling one of the most difficult elements of growth—sorting out what you’re feeling! As I read I began to give myself the permission I needed to move forward—and it felt great to know I wasn’t alone! Definitely a must read!

Standard advice, but well-written.
Morrison, once we are most of the way through this book, asks us the question “Wondering why you paid for this book when the answer is ‘Just go do it’?”, and that’s a bold question to ask.My personal policy on these kinds of books is that if I got *something* out of it, learned even just one thing, acquired one new useful technique, got one extra motivational push that made a difference, then it was worth it.I didn’t get that here, personally, so I was a little disappointed. Your mileage may vary. But for me, this was the same ideas presented in most books of the genre, with a little rehashed CBT in there; nothing that was innovative or that I hadn’t read many times before—or, for that matter, that I don’t already apply as best I can. That said, if you haven’t been one for reading books of this kind before, then this a perfectly well-written example of a self-help book that will indeed get you on your feet and pointing in the right direction. I have no fault to offer with it in that regard!

very practical and a good, easy quick read
Loved the exercises in this book. I did them all and it really helped me think about my priorities and my happiness. I got a lot out of this at a time, a season, I was ready for it. I’ve got a long way to go but at least a bit of advice on where to start.
