Like so many, I was using a doc to track our gear. Sometimes it was updated... most times not. And our insurance person keeps asking for an updated list of equipment. I was referred to setyl and love it! It's only $3/month/user, but there's value when you pay for something - you get the work done. Now it's easy for us to track locations of the gear, who has it, current status, and more. I personally stopped losing gear when I loan it to someone and never get it back. Now I can change the status and review every now and then as to who has what. The added bonus of tracking subscriptions is a big plus! Data plans get linked to devices, track adobe accounts to users, etc. You can instantly see monthy outlay and get rid of ones you don't need. So setyl will easily pay for itself by helping you see your costs. I'm up to 258 items and 9 subscriptions.You can also tag items as lost. So hopefully a person finding an item would scan it out of curiousity and setyl anonymously sends their info to you to coordinate recovery. Think of your laptop left at a conference. Finder scans the label, the item is IDd as having an owner, they can submit info to get you in touch. I've tested this and it works well.Milorad at setyl has been great to work with. SUPERB customer service! They are creating custom categories for me (for a minimal cost) specific to my industry.The labels stick the best to smooth, flat surfaces. They can be removed which is kind of a bummer. I'd like to have a more-secure label option that prevents removal. I'd also pay for security labels with our logo. But, hey, the labels are $7/100 NOT $100/7 labels.Overall a great, affordable system that works.

I bought these tags to track my assets but did not know that a minimum of 50 accounts needed to be paid for each month totaling $180 a month to use the service these asset integrate with.

Great quality labels, but software really is where the value is. My company has ~100 employees, each with laptops, phones, AirPods and Monitors. We use these labels to track all of these assets. . We also just started using their subscription tracking module, which allows us to see how many email, Slack and Adobe accounts we are buying. We expect to save money using Setyl... If you are an office manager or IT Manager - check them out.

Easy to use, but the stickers curl up after a while. I use it in my (non-climate controlled) warehouse and after a few weeks the stickers curl up and I am worried they will come off in time.

Small business owner here -- bought these to see if they would be a good fit for me to track our IT assets.THEY ARE FANTASTIC! High quality, with strong adhesion (thus far).If you think these may fulfill your need, look no further. Highly recommend.

Even though they were made for device inventory, I used them as moving box labels and I move a lot and these have made looking for things in my boxes so convenient. Will definitely recommend to my fellow movers.^ This is was my previous review and I wanted to make an updated review. I stopped using them because I do no like the fact that I have to pay to use the service. I don’t use them as often only every couple of years so for me it’s not worth paying the monthly fee.

Completely a waste of money and time. The effort it will take to return for the given price is a trap. I cannot use the item because of attempted use with my gmail… will only work with unique @ emails. Buyer beware.

Have been looking for special asset tags and had thought about printing my own QR codes to use with something like Lansweeper however I stumbled on to these from Setyl and gave them a go along with a trial of their web based system.I'm glad I did because the whole thing works really well and the company is very communicative and helpful. The stickers themselves are attractive, small enough, and can be used on pretty much anything, and if a sticker cannot be used the 6 character code from it can be engraved on something and you can search in the web system for the device, once added.Needless to say I have signed up for 1200 students and will be using this for managing 1:1 devices, assigning them to users (which are synced from O365) marking the status of loans, breakages, stored items etc.

This product is very poorly advertised. It's not a solution for individuals or sole traders as I had hoped. If you want to use the product you need to sign up for a minimum payment plan of £100 a month which is ridiculous, why even sell the product on Amazon if you're appealing to a corporate clientele?

Sensible size and attach well (eg, securely). Only problem is that if one wishes to read them using a bar code reader the QR code doesn't just have the 6 character alphanumeric code but also a 'setzl.it-' prefix: easy enough to work round but, nevertheless, annoying. I have three separate Barcode readers and none of them allow you to ignore more that 5 leading characters.

I have been looking for an asset management system for quite some time and stumbled across this system, it's very handy and easy to use to manage your assets and has a handy web portal so you can keep track of things.You can also upload receipts to your assets and assign them to specific people, you can log serial numbers and service tags etc. With this you can also keep track of items that may be lost or broken, in repair etc.I like that you can assign items to specific departments , set up agreements and view documents relating to your assets at the click of a button.You can also view purchase information/warranty information/item cost and even asset quantity at the click of a button.I would recommend this system if you want to keep track of your assets and know that the information is secure on a cloud based system.

It’s amazing how much other people charge for something as simple as an asset label! We just wanted something simple and good quality, and these are just that.I checked out their web app as well, and it’s actually a really useful idea. Worth checking out if your business needs to keep track of IT assets and software subscriptions.
