Pamapic 11x11 Gazebo (Gray)

We set this up on our deck for the summer and we had our small hot tub and a couple chairs inside it. It kept the bugs out decently, but not completely, and did nothing for no-see-ums. All the ties in the corners ripped away within a month or two, then the dog stepped on the excess material on the ground and created a huge rip in the mesh. It did not do well with rain at all. Instead of running off the roof the water just pooled, so we constantly had to push the roof from the inside to drain it because we were afraid it would rip the roof. Most everything inside it got a little wet when it rained.But in the end it was the wind that ultimately got it. My husband had it secured with nylon cords all the way around, but it was like a sail in the wind. We were sitting inside it when the wind lifted it, ripping all the cords, and it flew right over our heads and into the yard. After that it was mangled and beyond saving. We’ve since replaced it with a Clam which had much better reviews and we set it up within a few minutes, not the hour it took my husband to set this one up. I suppose this one might be okay if you plan to use it temporarily in very good weather and then take it down, but I would not suggest leaving it up because it cannot handle the elements.

*update to original review.. I am astounded at how amazing of customer service this company has. They reached out to me in order to make up for the damaged product and offered a full refund or a replacement. If I hadn’t already built a permanent gazebo than I would have accepted a replacement but I accepted the refund option and am currently waiting to see the refund come through. Will update again once received.———————I loved this Gazebo when I purchased it for my sons backyard birthday party. The color was perfect and I loved the size so I ignored the few small holes I found in the fabric and netting. Unfortunately it was not sturdy enough to withstand a small storm. Even with all stakes in the ground and extra stakes to keep it in place, the wind won and when I arrived home from work, I found it with the top bars broken at the screw points. The stakes held very well and were still in place but I would recommend this Gazebo, ONLY IF you plan to take it down after every use. Or have the money to afford buying a new one every time there is a rain storm.

The 1st one I ordered broke with a small wind storm so I had to through it away and orderred another, that One arrived damaged!!

I am updating the review because they gave me a full refund. I am only moving it up from two to three stars because I felt upset when it broke and now I have this large structure that doesn’t fit in the garbage and so now someone needs to take it to the country dump. I appreciate the refund but it doesn’t cover the stress.

Despite the efforts of the instruction writer, this went together very well and quite quickly. I mainly worked solo and it was up in less than an hour. Not bad for a first go.It’s logical but the instructions are outdated and confusing. Just go with what seems to work.Once up it was great. Sturdy and very shady. The big screen will be great in the Virginia summer.

We got this product and put it up in the backyard first. It has a great screen to keep bugs away, very spacious and nice. Has ties to stake it to the ground and make it more sturdy. I would suggest having two people to set up. My husband tried to set it up himself and broke a piece, but customer service helped us fix it and was very great!

Although a piece of the fabric wasn't on the tent to hold the poles it is very nice and sturdy. The zippered net made it great to enjoy being under. It was a little confusing at first to put up but once we 3 people got the hang of it, it was easy.

We had bought a canopy for our backyard because we live next to the river so it’s super hot and super humid with a ton of mosquitoes . So this canopy was perfect for us! However, one day we had a terrible storm and our canopy blew away and crashed into our neighbors fence and the frame broke. It was the 30th day from when we bought it on the dot. So I emailed the company asking if they would do the 30 day warranty even if it was the last day for it. I had offered to mail the frame back , but this company is truly amazing and said there was no need and sent us a brand new one. For anyone complaining about it being unstable there are sand bags you can use to help it! I didn’t know that with my first one but with the second one the sand bags help a lot. The customer service is awesome and so is the product! Don’t question if you need the canopy anymore ! Just get it!
